Shipping
Policies:
Some of
our decor items may
be shipped from
different locations.
You will be notified
when items are
shipped by e-mail.
Our bath products
will be shipped from
our location in
Jonesborough TN.
Most of our orders
are shipped with-in
48 hours after
payment has cleared.
If you place a large
order, shipping time
may vary if we have
to make your order
from scratch to
ensure freshness. If
this becomes the
case, we will notify
you by e-mail when
you can expect your
product to be
shipped, usually no
longer than 4
business days before
your order is ready
to be shipped;
another e-mail once
your order has
shipped. We usually
use UPS ground
unless you ask us to
use another carrier.
Return Policy:
We will
honor returns and
credits up to 14
days after delivery.
You will need to
contact us at
Bathtastic@bathtastic.net
and let us know what
has happened. If you
receive your
shipment and it has
been damaged, do not
accept it and send
it back with carrier
for damaged goods.
If you do receive
broken or damaged
goods and accept it
please call or
e-mail us
immediately so we
can see what we can
do. Remember, here
at BathTastic we
believe strongly in
our customers and
want them to stay
happy. We will do
what we can, with-in
reason, decided on a
case by case
situation. Even
though we are not
held responsible for
freight damage by
carriers, we will
try and fix whatever
