Q: When can I expect my

products will usually
ship with in 2 or 3
days. Because our
products are all natural
we don't keep a bunch in
stock. If your order is
a large order it may
take a few days longer
because we might have to
make more in order to
ensure you receive the
highest quality
naturally made bath and
body products. |

order is damaged? |

If your order is damaged
when it arrives let us
know, either by e-mail

on the condition we will
either have you send it
back, for replacement or
for store credit. We
will evaluate each
circumstance
individually and make
sure we come up with a
solution that you feel

do not use fragrance

our bath & body products
just for this reason. We
want you to relax, not

Yes, our Dead Sea Salts
& Bath Bombs are all
safe for use in hot
tubs, it's recommended
to double the
