Bathtastic is now
located at 133 E.
Main Street in
downtown
Jonesborough, TN
37659. We started
like so many other
small businesses, in
our home a few miles
outside
Jonesborough. I was
making Bath
Bombs and Bath Salts
at our house for my
wife. Because my
wife is allergic to
almost everything,
and most of the bath
products on the
market cause her to
break out, we were
very careful to use
only pure
ingredients and only
top quality
Essential Oils that
would not break her
out.
My wife loved
them so much she
started to hand some
out to her friends
so they would be
able to see for
themselves what she
had been raving
about. All of a
sudden we were being
asked to make some
for her friends and
their friends. We
thought about
opening a shop
somewhere but were
still unsure whether
or not we had a
product people would
want. Our friends
loved them but what
if that was just a
fluke, would others
love them too? We
knew we had a good
product that was
well made, had all
natural ingredients
and was very
beneficial. |

decided to take some
of our bath products
to the nearby
Tri-Cities Flea
Market to see if
others would like
them just as much as
we did.... They did!
We started to find
out that a lot of
people liked them.
Then one day, as I
was taking my wife
to work in
Jonesborough, we saw
a 'For Rent' sign in
one of the little
shop windows on Main
Street. All of
a sudden the idea of
opening a little
shop looked like a
real possibility! We
asked about the shop
and before we knew
it we were painting,
cleaning and getting
ready to open! We
opened shop in
February '08. From
the beginning it has
always been
about making our
customers happy. Our
customers are
constantly giving us
suggestions and
ideas that we always
welcome. After all
we are here to make
them happy. We are
always glad to hear
from others, be it
good or bad, so
